The British Are Coming!

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 22, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Venerable Eastside music venues The Echo and Echoplex as well as Spaceland Presents, will produce the first annual UK Music festival during the BritWeek Celebration in Los Angeles April 23 - May 6. The week long festival will showcase some of Britain's up-and-coming bands along with live performances from some of the latest and greatest artists from the UK, there will be artist signings, local retail events, and more. The UK music invasion line-up includes New Build (HOT CHIP / LCD), Swim Deep, NO CEREMONY///, Splashh, Blood Red Shoes, Chad Valley, Little Boots, Dark Furs, Various Cruelties, Virals, Steve Mason and Pop Noir. The Echo and Echoplex are known as two of the city's prime performance venues for LA's independent music scene and will showcase Britain's latest emerging artists.
