Grand Canyon University Partners With Colorado Springs School District 11 To Offer Tuition Scholarships
PHOENIX, Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Grand Canyon University has launched a partnership with Colorado Springs School District 11 to offer employees special scholarships as they continue their education.
Grand Canyon University offers traditional degree programs on its main campus in Phoenix, as well as online programs that allow busy students to attend class on their own schedules, from the comfort of their own home or office.
"All the world's best schools have teachers with a deeper knowledge of their subjects, and because of that, their students achieve at a higher level," said Curt Cotter, a Grand Canyon University Development Representative who serves the Colorado Springs area. "By working with District 11 to make advanced teacher education more attainable, GCU and District 11 are investing in teachers and inspiring their students."
