Last month, McLaughlin also accepted the Hero Award from Epworth Children & Family Services in St. Louis, Missouri, for her work with the non-profit to help strengthen families.

McLaughlin has more than 20 years of experience working for technology startups and Fortune 500 companies within or directly serving the cable industry. In her current role, McLaughlin manages TOA's partnerships with leading North American cable providers, advocating for more efficient mobile workforce management - working with operators to improve field operations, reduce costs and deliver a superior customer experience.
